How do I delete my Fordeal account?

If you have already uninstalled Fordeal app or not be able to access Fordeal app for a variety of other reasons, please chat with our Customer Service Specialists.

If you have installed the latest version of Fordeal app and logged in your account, you can delete your Fordeal account via the Fordeal app.

To delete your account:
1. In the Fordeal app, tap Account at the bottom.
2. Tap the Settings icon.
3. Tap Delete Account at the bottom, and follow the instructions to delete your account.

Important!
Deleting your Fordeal account means:

• Your Fordeal account and all your information will be permanently deleted

• You will not have access to your customer profile including your reviews and purchase history

• Returns and refunds cannot be processed for orders on this account
